Our client, a globally recognized leader in supply chain management, is seeking a driven Quality Systems professional to join their team. In this critical support role, you will help maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) across global logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate CAPA & RCA:

Actively drive incident investigations utilizing Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) tracking through to successful closure.

Support the QMS:

Assist in the daily administration of the Quality Management System, ensuring documentation aligns with ISO 9001 standards and freight forwarding regulations.

Develop Quality Reports:

Create, maintain, and update compliance reports and interactive data dashboards using Power BI to give leadership clear visibility into QMS performance.

Document Control:

Format, update, and organize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee the compliant handling of goods,



particularly temperature-sensitive products.

Audit Preparation:

Support the senior quality and audit teams by gathering documentation, pulling reports, and helping prepare the branch for internal and external ISO/GDP audits.

Training Administration:

Coordinate and track employee QMS training, ensuring all staff records are up-to-date and compliant with internal policies.

What You Bring to the Table:

2+ years of experience coordinating or supporting Quality Systems (QMS).

Proven proficiency in executing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and managing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

(This is a strict requirement).

A strong eagerness to learn, grow, and develop a long-term career in Quality and Compliance.

Foundational knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and strict document control practices.

Proficiency in data visualization and reporting, specifically utilizing Power BI to update dashboards and track metrics.

Analytical, highly organized, and detail-oriented mindset.

Bonus points:

Working knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) requirements and prior exposure to Freight Forwarding, 3PL, or Supply Chain Management.
