Job Description RAM Consulting is a Canadian project delivery firm supporting some of North America’s most complex and impactful infrastructure projects. We specialize in engineering, project and construction management, and project support services across the marine, transportation, utilities, infrastructure, and energy sectors.About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer to gain hands‑on experience across the full project lifecycle – working alongside experienced engineers and project managers while contributing to meaningful, community-focused projects.In this role, you will be exposed to both technical and project coordination responsibilities, supporting everything from early planning and design through to construction and close‑out. You’ll play a key role in keeping projects organized, on track, and aligned with client expectations.What You Will Be Working OnSupport project planning, scheduling, and tracking of deliverablesMaintain project documentation including reports, drawings, and correspondenceCoordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture clear meeting minutesAssist with tracking project budgets, costs, and progress against milestonesSupport procurement activities including RFQs, bid evaluations, and contract documentationPerform basic engineering calculations, analysis, and construction estimates under supervisionAssist in preparing and reviewing technical reports, specifications, and drawingsCoordinate with design teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of deliverablesParticipate in site visits to gather data, verify conditions,



and support construction activitiesProvide support during construction, including inspections, progress tracking, and issue resolutionAssist with reviewing shop drawings, RFIs, and change ordersLiaise with internal teams, clients, contractors, and regulatory agenciesSupport communication of project updates, risks, and issuesEnsure work aligns with applicable codes, standards, and quality expectationsContribute to quality assurance, quality control, and safety practicesWhat We Are Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related discipline)2–4 years of experience in consulting, infrastructure, or engineering projectsRegistered as an EIT or eligible for registration with EGBCStrong organizational and time management skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively within a teamThe estimated annual base salary for this position is$65,000 - $75,000as of the posting date.
