Our client is looking to hire a contract SCM Coordinator for their team for a 4-month contract in their head office. This is a great opportunity to gain more experience in your career and work with a well known oil and gas company.

What's in it for you:

- $25.00 - $36.00 hourly
- Contract duration: 4-months
- Location: downtown Calgary
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, full time in-office

Responsibilities:

- Issuing a high-volume of purchase orders and contracts for a variety of projects and operations
- Managing the PO lifecycle including close-outs
- Setting up recent vendors
- Issuing RFPs, reviewing and drafting contracts, and working on commercial bid evaluations

Requirements:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in an SCM Coordinator, Procurement Specialist, or Buyer role
- Fluent with MS Dynamics 365
- Post-secondary completion in supply chain management
- Experienced with high-volume POs
- Working experience with RFPs and commercial bid evaluations
