Enhance community health at the Irving Oil Field House as a Program Coordinator for the YMCA of Southwestern NB. Focus on program execution, event management, and community engagement.
This role provides the prospect to lead diverse programs, including specialty camps and activities for all ages. Working with the HMR Leadership team, you'll organize events and administrative support while ensuring a protected and welcoming environment. Your flexible schedule will accommodate community needs during evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement engaging community programs
• Coach various sports and youth activities
• Ensure facility readiness and cleanliness




• Promote volunteerism and collaborate with local partners
• Construct and manage operational budgets
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma
• Minimum 2 years of experience in programming or administration
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Current First Aid and CPR certification is required
• Adherence to YMCA values and commitment to community service
