In this role, you will ensure that our residential buildings are clean and inviting, supporting our mission to provide a quality living experience. Working independently and as part of a team, your attention to detail and solid commitment to service will shine. You will perform a variety of cleaning duties throughout our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean building entrances, halls, and common areas regularly
• Complete cleaning of vacant apartments and touch-ups
• Manage garbage collection tasks efficiently
• Help with snow removal when necessary
• Maintain and check all cleaning equipment
Requirements:
• Requires 2 years of cleaning experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must own a reliable vehicle
• Robust customer service skills are essential
• Physical stamina for job demands is necessary
