Own and negotiate the entire sales-side pipeline
Direct vendor contracting and coordinate risk assessments




Serve as a main legal contact across various teams
Innovate the contracting playbook using AI solutions
Handle a wide portfolio of independent legal mattersRequirements:
J.D. or LL.B. degree, eligible in Ontario
At least 8 years of experience in technology transactions
Proficient in SaaS agreements and contract types
Enthusiasm for AI applications in legal work
