Lead the Shipboard Management Team and serve as a spokesperson
Address customer and employee grievances effectively




Monitor and manage operational expenditures and performance

Prepare accurate maintenance and operational recordsRequirements:
Master near Coastal or Master Mariner certificate
Minimum three years as a Master of a vessel over 350 GRT
One year of shore-side management experience
One year of post-secondary education in business or related field
