As we grow, we are looking for an Experienced Business Development Manager to lead group sales efforts at our three key properties: Holiday Inn Express & Suites Vaughan Southwest, Element by Marriott Vaughan Southwest, and Home2 Suites by Hilton Vaughan Toronto. Ideal candidates should be residing locally in the Vaughan/GTA area with a valid driver's license. A robust background in hotel SMERF group sales is essential for this role, along with a tenacious approach to prospecting and closing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct group sales initiatives across three hotels




• Develop robust client relationships in the region
• Prospect recent business opportunities effectively
• Close deals to meet hotel revenue goals
• Engage in community events to promote hotels
Requirements:
• Proven experience in SMERF market sales
• Resident of Vaughan/GTA area preferred
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Robust sales hunting skills
• Full-time availability for onsite responsibilities
