Collaborate with the Total Rewards team and maintain Anaplan modules for improved forecasting accuracy. Forecast cash compensation and equity/stock-based compensation
Partner with Total Rewards on equity grant assumptions
Support monthly close processes with Payroll Accounting
Maintain Anaplan modules for forecasting accuracy
Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses for leadershipRequirements:
3+ years in financial planning and analysis
Solid Gsheets/Excel modeling skills
Detail-oriented and organized self-starter
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
