This temporary role involves leading day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with child care regulations. You will be responsible for creating enriching activities and providing mentorship to a dedicated team. A strong focus on equitable hiring practices is essential for all applicants.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead the daily operations and oversee program development • Supervise and provide feedback to staff and volunteers • Ensure adherence to Child Care Licensing Regulations • Develop a calendar of activities for members and families • Maintain confidentiality and accurate records for participants

Requirements: • Diploma or relevant coursework in child development • Minimum one year experience in child-focused settings • First Aid & Food Secure Certifications mandatory • Willingness to obtain Class 4 Driver's Licence • Criminal Record Check required for employment
