This role invites experienced Grader Operators to join Ledcor's team dedicated to maintaining secure roads in Ontario. You will be responsible for using heavy machinery and ensuring the upkeep of highways, regardless of weather. Your commitment to safety and quality in highway maintenance is essential for our community's infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy equipment like graders and loaders
• Maintain highways in all weather conditions
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained
• Attend to on-call and shift work requirements
• Travel between work locations as necessary
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of grader operation experience
• A clean 3-year driver's abstract
• Experience with snowplow trucks an asset
• Valid AZ or DZ driver's license preferred
• Proven highway maintenance background preferred
