This permanent position is designed for caring individuals passionate about client support in Community Living Service Delivery. As part of the Clinical Crisis Services team, you will implement targeted programs and assist clients in developing essential life skills. Responsibilities include personal care, data management, and teamwork to ensure a supportive and safe environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement individualized coaching and support programs
• Assist clients in skill development and personal care
• Gather and update client data and profiles
• Participate in team meetings and cooperative efforts
• Promote a healthy work environment free of discrimination
Requirements:
• One year post-secondary education in a related field
• Certification as a Disability Support Worker or similar
• Experience with intellectually-disabled individuals is preferred
• Valid driver’s license for travel to various locations
• Willingness to work in the field with overnight stays
