This role will report to the Senior Project Manager. Each Project Manager typically oversees up to two active projects and is accountable for budget performance, schedule control, consultant coordination, procurement, contract administration, reporting, risk management, and closeout.Key ResponsibilitiesManage assigned projects from construction start through completion and turnover.Maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.Monitor and manage project schedules and milestone performance.Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.Manage contracts, purchase orders, change orders,
