Requirements

Bachelor'sdegree in manufacturing, business, or engineering ispreferred. Prior experience inmanagement or manufacturing is preferred. Excellentcommunication and organizational abilities Excellentinterpersonal and team-building abilities. Solid leadershipabilities and the ability to manage members ofcross-functional teams.
