Here’s a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you will be able to do: Define and implement the overall change management strategy of the cloud migration program; Perform organizational,stakeholder and adoption risk impact analyses; Develop strategies for communication, mobilization, training and support for users; Advise sponsors, managers and project directors on change management approaches; Establish indicators and mechanisms to measure adoption, organizational readiness and advantages achieved; Anticipate resistance to change and develop mitigation plans adapted to different user groups; Facilitate workshops,



communities of practice and multidisciplinary working groups; Present strategic recommendations to governance committees and management; Contribute to the evolution of change management practice and internal tools. The profile you are looking for is as follows: Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; Have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in organizational communication, change management or organizational transformation; Experience in large-scale technology transformation programs; Master change management methodologies, including Prosci or equivalent methodology; Knowledge of the issuesrelated to complex transformations involving multiple business units. #J-18808-Ljbffr
