Key Responsibilities:



• Provide patient care in diverse units as required • Administer medications and follow treatment protocols • Conduct clinical assessments such as Mental Status Exams • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams • Mentor and coach nursing staff and new hires

Requirements: • Current RPN registration in Ontario, in good standing • Up to 6 months of nursing experience preferred • CPR certification and knowledge of the Mental Health Act • Understanding of documentation standards and privacy laws • Crisis management skills and experience with psychiatric disorders
