Our client, a well-established and highly respected member-based organization in the finance and accounting space, is seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to join their growing team in Toronto. With a strong national presence and a long-standing reputation for supporting professionals through education, research, and advocacy, this organization is continuing to invest in data and analytics to drive smarter decision-making and enhance member experience.In this role, you’ll play a key part in transforming data into actionable insights across the business. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support reporting, improve data quality, and contribute to system initiatives, while also helping to advance automation and analytics capabilities. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working with both the technical and business sides of data.Office Location: TorontoWork Model: Hybrid – 3 days in office (5 days in office during first week for onboarding)Salary: $81,000–$105,000 + 10% bonusKey Responsibilities- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business insights and decision-making- Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into actionable outputs- Support data migration, system implementations,
