Oversee 24-hour Residential homes and SLS/ILS services
Ensure compliance with state regulations and program designs




Develop and monitor budgets for fiscal responsibility
Recruit, train, and evaluate designated staff
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and consultantsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field
2 years supervisory experience in residential settings
Current Residential Administrator Certificate
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
