This role operates under a hybrid mode, promoting collaboration and strategic outcomes.As the Director, you will play a crucial role in managing AECL's radioactive waste liabilities while overseeing decommissioning projects. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, your responsibilities will entail monitoring team performance and collaborating with various stakeholders, including Indigenous communities, to promote mutual understanding and respect. You will focus on ensuring accountability and transparency in all operations while driving forward AECL’s mission of responsible waste management.Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate contractor performance and assess project milestones




Lead environmental remediation and stewardship initiatives
