Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee investigation submissions and documentation requirements
• Coordinate and prepare documents for website posting
• Respond to both internal and external queries




• Maintain program datastore with up-to-date information
• Ensure accurate data entry and participate in program analysis
Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant experience with a university degree
• Robust knowledge of fraud investigation practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficient in database applications and MS Office
• Bilingual (English/French) is a plus
