- Work witharchitects, engineers, and other specialists to hirefull-time and part-time subcontractors and laborers,as well as coordinate theirschedules.

- Attend coordinationand progress meetings; visit construction sites on aregular basis, including bid walks, preconstructionwalks, in-progress site visits, punch walks, andconstruction closeout.

- Throughout theconstruction process, conduct and document quality assurance andsafety inspections to ensure that the working environment iskept at acceptable levels and that tools and equipment are ingood working order.

- Maintain and update SOW andpreconstruction documents, as well as monitor contractobligations, with the goal of developing relationships withtrustworthy contractors and vendors.

- Respond to workdelays, emergencies, and other disruptions toprojects.

- Manage and supervisework sites for recent construction and remodel projects,coordinating site activities and ensuring that all disciplinesdirectly involved in the project are on track with the project’sgoals and objectives.

- When doinggroundwork,



supervise and direct general contractors,subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality standardsare met.

- Interact withengineers, architects, and others involved in theproject.

- Estimates, budgets,timetables, and resources must be prepared andmanaged.

- Identify, mitigate,and track recurring construction issues inadvance.

- Follow all applicablelaws, building and safety codes, and otherregulations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degreein engineering or a related field isrequired.

- 3 to 5 years ofproject management experience in new construction andremodeling.

- Construction methods andtechnology knowledge, as well as the ability to interprettechnical drawings and contracts.

- Understanding of building codes andscheduling methods

- Capability to manage multipleprojects at the same time while maintaining a constant focus onquality.

- Jobsite safetypractices must be understood.

Terms of Employment:

- Full time
- Permanent Position
- 40 hours per week

Salary: $50.00 - $76.92 per hour

Required Years of Experience: 3 years to 5 years
