Key Responsibilities:



• Maintain cleanliness of dishes and kitchen utensils • Clean dishwashing station and kitchen areas • Ensure equipment is functional and report issues • Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks • Provide excellent customer service to guests and coworkers

Requirements: • Understanding of basic sanitation procedures • Availability for adaptable shifts, including weekends • Capacity to adhere to safety protocols • Must pass a pre-employment D&A; test and background check • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand long hours
