A well-established food manufacturing partner is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance activities, drive equipment reliability, and support safety initiatives. rendering machinery).- Oversee the preventive maintenance program and ensure compliance with safety and food safety standards (CFIA, GMP, HACCP).- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and manage inventory.- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OHSA and WHMIS regulations.- Collaborate with production teams to minimize disruptions and resolve equipment-related issues.Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in maintenance management in a food manufacturing environment.- Experience with refrigeration systems, boilers, and centrifugal equipment (e.G., rendering equipment, pumps, conveyors) an asset.- Refrigeration B Ticket (preferred), Ontario Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (433A) Certificate (asset).- Strong mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration troubleshooting skills.- Knowledge of PLC programming, food safety, and regulatory standards (CFIA, GMP, HACCP, OHSA, WHMIS).- Tow Motor License (preferred).
