Job Description Job Description12-15+ years of experience in SAP FICO and support engagements Support complex end-to-end business flows by resolving integration issues between FI/CO and MM (e.G., GR/IR, inventory valuation) and SD (e.G., revenue recognition, billing, credit control) Deep configuration expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, New General Ledger, Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, and Product Costing. Resolve daily FICO support tickets based on SLA priorities. Handle level 2/3 incidents spanning General Ledger (G/L), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO) Design and implement minor configurations to address recent business requirements. Write and update Functional Specifications (FS) for the ABAP development team Investigate recurring system issues, perform RCA, and execute permanent configuration fixes to minimize system downtime Guide and assist business users through critical period-closing activities, including foreign currency valuations, tax reconciliations, and asset depreciation runs Execute QA and integration testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Knowledge
