Oversee the development and operation of the ophthalmology program
Build and manage a high-performing perioperative staff

Lead quality improvement initiatives and budget managementRequirements:
Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred
Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
5+ years in Perioperative Services
Experience in managing teams in dynamic environments
