We value practical thinking, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement and we're looking for someone who shares that mindset.The OpportunityWe're looking for a Production Supervisor to join our leadership team in our Glencoe facility.Working alongside an experienced Production Supervisor, you'll share responsibility for leading our fabrication operations, balancing labour and production priorities, solving problems in real time, and ensuring production flows safely and efficiently from one department to the next.You'll be on the production floor-supporting employees, removing obstacles, coordinating with other departments, and making the decisions needed to keep production moving. You'll lead one of our fabrication areas while partnering closely with your fellow supervisor to maintain alignment across the operation and respond quickly as priorities change.Success in this role comes from building strong relationships, making sound decisions under pressure, and creating an environment where people understand what's expected of them and have the support they need to succeed.This opportunity is available as a result of an internal promotion, reflecting our commitment to developing leaders from within.What You'll DoLead the day-to-day activities of our fabrication facilityPlan and allocate labour to meet production schedules safely and efficientlyMonitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and remove roadblocks before they impact productionCoach, develop, and support employees through regular feedback and accountabilityPartner with Scheduling, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality,



Supply Chain, and Human Resources to resolve issues and maintain production flowPromote a culture where safety, quality, and teamwork are everyday expectationsLead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that reduce waste and improve throughput, efficiency, and qualityMaintain a visible, hands-on presence on the production floorAs a Production Supervisor, you'll serve as the connection between planning and execution aligning people, priorities, and production to deliver results every day.
