As a Manager, you will support ongoing improvements, employee relations, and efficient resource usage while collaborating with stakeholders. The position reports directly to the Program Director, contributing significantly to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage protected patient service delivery effectively • Implement best practices in patient-centered care • Collaborate with community and healthcare stakeholders • Guide PACU and Endoscopy unit's strategic initiatives • Mentor teams to navigate organizational changes

Requirements: • Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing essential • Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred • Minimum five years of clinical experience required • Experience leading teams in changing environments
