Experienced individuals may also take on Key Holder responsibilities, overseeing store operations when required.
Key Responsibilities: • Welcome clients warmly and assist with their needs • Build loyal client relationships through exceptional service • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards • Support daily operations and inventory accuracy • Help prepare for events and recent collections
Requirements: • Experience in luxury or specialty retail preferred • Ability to build lasting client relationships • Strong communication and positive attitude • Adaptable schedule including weekends • Capability to lift merchandise and work on your feet
