As Rigging Supervisor, you will manage the rigging team, ensuring effective communication between departments and maintaining production timelines. You will assess scripts and animatics to formulate rigging strategies and improve production efficiency through cutting-edge techniques. Your leadership will also involve training artists and facilitating technical collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise rigging tasks with creative direction and feedback • Act as liaison between production and rigging teams • Identify rigging requirements from scripts and model topology • Develop and refine rigging techniques to enhance output • Train team members on rigging workflows and tools
Requirements: • Over 2 years of leadership in rigging for feature films • Proficient in Maya, with a focus on rig performance • Strong analytical skills and technical expertise in rigging • Excellent communication skills across disciplines • Additional experience with crowd rigs is advantageous
