Provide accurate payroll processing as a Payroll Analyst for our client. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong payroll knowledge and attention to detail, ensuring confidentiality in employee information.
We seek a Payroll Analyst who can manage full-cycle payroll tasks, including validating time, imports, and retro calculations. Your expertise will support both union and non-union payroll processes, while maintaining essential payroll records in collaboration with HR. You'll take the lead on journal entries, GL reconciliations, and various payroll filings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle payroll with time validation and imports • Process union payroll in line with agreements • Maintain payroll records alongside HR coordination • Handle journal entries and month/year-end reporting • Prepare T4s and support audits with accurate records
Requirements: • University degree or college diploma in Business or related field • PCP certification is mandatory • 1–5 years of full-cycle payroll experience • Solid knowledge of payroll legislation • Advanced skills in Excel and MS Office
