Purpose:
The Senior Manager provides analytical expertise to support the development, validation, monitoring, reporting, and documentation of quantitative models that enhance the investment process. This role operates at the intersection of research, data science, finance, and technology. Strong communication skills are required to collaborate effectively with key partners and senior team members. A balance between technical and business knowledge will be key to success. Reporting to the Vice President, this position is responsible for conducting research, analyzing data to generate insights, and applying mathematical/statistical methods to improve investment decision-making, drive innovation, and support process automation.
