Requirements





Bachelor’s degreein advertising, marketing, or a closely related fieldis required.

Minimum of twoyears’ experience in a relevant field is required;management experience is preferred.

Design andmarketing principles and techniques should beunderstood.

Capability todevelop strategies in response to industry trends anddevelopments.

Excellentorganizational and multitasking abilities, particularly whenworking on multiple projects or teams.

Excellentnegotiation, management, listening, and verbal and writtencommunication skills.

Decisiveness andstrong problem-solving abilities, particularly when underpressure.

Capability toestablish and maintain working relationships.
