Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure effective implementation of patient access policies
• Oversee Complex Discharge processes and monitor ALC designations
• Coordinate patient transitions for optimal care paths




• Collaborate with external facilities for patient care solutions

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Nursing or Health Administration
• Minimum seven years in health care management
• Eligible for registration with the applicable body
