This role reports to the Senior Manager Finance, and plays a critical part in managing and analyzing the performance of the Canadian Corporate Real Estate portfolio. Key Responsibilities:



• Execute monthly analysis of Canadian Corporate Real Estate expenses • Develop reporting packages including dashboards and flash reports • Drive quarterly expense forecasting and annual planning efforts • Collaborate with stakeholders for robust forecasting • Implement process improvements utilizing AI tools

Requirements: • Undergraduate degree with CPA, CA, CMA or CGA preferred • 3+ years in Finance or Management Reporting • Familiarity with Lease accounting is an asset • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
