Take the lead in talent planning at NFI as a Strategic Talent Planning Manager, based in Winnipeg. This full-time position will focus on effective workforce planning and employee development initiatives.

In this role, you will report to the Group Director of Human Resources and assume responsibility for driving the organization’s talent planning and workforce strategies. By collaborating with leaders and utilizing workforce data, you will strengthen talent pipelines and enhance internal career development frameworks. Your efforts will ensure that NFI meets its current and future workforce needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:



• Design and improve succession planning processes • Analyze talent gaps and organizational risks • Develop career pathways to support employee growth • Establish and manage talent assessment frameworks • Lead delivery of comprehensive talent planning programs

Requirements: • 3-5+ years in organizational development or HR • Degree in Human Resources or related area preferred • Experience with talent review and succession planning • Strong analytical skills in workforce data • Proven leadership and program management abilities
