As a registered Physiotherapist, you'll assess and develop treatment plans to improve patient independence and safety. Your role includes administering therapy, overseeing progress, and educating caregivers. You'll work collaboratively with a diverse team committed to integrated, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities: • Respond to patient referrals for therapy services • Assess physical abilities and functional impacts • Develop and implement tailored treatment programs • Adjust therapy plans based on patient progress • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans
Requirements: • Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario • Relevant experience in a community healthcare setting • Solid interpersonal and collaboration skills • Proficiency in computer software applications • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
