In this full time role, you will report to the Superintendent, Roads, and manage day-to-day activities of road maintenance crews and equipment. Your background in road management will be vital for executing efficient operations while fostering robust stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee maintenance crews and ensure task compliance
• Ensure a safe working setting at all times
• Collaborate with government and local agencies
• Enforce MoTT specifications in work processes
• Operate equipment based on qualifications
Requirements:
• Management experience of at least three years
• Five years of knowledge in road maintenance
• Valid Class 3 Driver's License with Air Brake
• Clean driving record required
• Willingness to work outdoors, regardless of weather
