Valard Construction is seeking an HR Onboarding Advisor & Field Recruitment Coordinator based in Edmonton or Calgary, AB. You will lead onboarding for field and corporate staff, coordinate logistics with HR/IT/payroll, and maintain accurate HR records.

You will also manage full-cycle field recruitment for union and non-union roles, partner with supervisors and union stewards, and handle workforce help requests and dispatch in line with CBAs and policies.
