You’ll focus on providing practical business-oriented legal guidance while managing organizational legal risks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements for various stakeholders
• Support legal guidance in commercial transactions and initiatives




• Assist with dispute resolution and coordinate with internal and external parties
• Develop and present legal compliance training across the organization
• Identify legal risks and propose practical solutions

Requirements:
• Juris Doctor degree and active Canadian law membership
• 2-4 years of in-house or law firm experience
• Bilingual proficiency in French strongly preferred
• Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts
• Knowledge of legal AI tools and Microsoft O365
