Phoenix is seeking a senior brand leader to own how the brand shows up in the world. The Head of Brand will define positioning, patient narrative, and the messaging architecture, and set the creative standards that bring it to life.
You will evolve branding across treatment categories, lead persona work and messaging frameworks, and partner with Growth, CX, Clinical Operations and the executive team. Reports to the CMO and helps build the brand function across the company.
