As part of the Strategic Initiatives & Regulatory Delivery team, you will develop the Strategic Content portfolio for Global Security. This senior leadership role requires robust relationship management and influencing skills, combining strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to content development and executive communications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee development of Global Security strategy and updates
• Craft compelling narratives from performance metrics for reporting
• Prepare high-impact communications for Global Security Executives




• Develop strategic messaging for RBC's Board and committees
• Maintain relationships with executives and internal partners

Requirements:
• 10+ years in strategic communications and executive messaging
• Exceptional storytelling and writing abilities
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for impactful presentations
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Relevant degree/diploma in communication or related field
