Become a vital member of BayCare's Neuro/Trauma ICU team as a full time Registered Nurse working nights at St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa, Florida. Engage in crucial patient care every third weekend while enhancing your nursing skills.

The position is designed for RNs with a valid license and one year of ICU experience in an Acute Care setting. You'll provide in-depth monitoring for critical patients, respond to medical emergencies, and ensure effective discharge planning. Your role is crucial in maintaining patient comfort and understanding.

Key Responsibilities:
• Independently manage a dedicated group of ICU patients
• Monitor and document vital patient assessments
• Delegate responsibilities to team members accordingly
• Recognize and act upon changes in patient conditions
• Prepare and execute discharge plans for patient continuity

Requirements:
• Valid RN License in Florida
• One year of ICU experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from approved entities
• Preferred: Bachelor’s in Nursing Degree
• Availability for every third weekend shift
