About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Finance to play a pivotal role in its mission to deliver personalized, technology-enabled healthcare solutions. The successful candidate will be a strategic financial leader, guiding the business through a significant scale-up phase. This includes a focus on capital strategy, institutional fundraising, and hands-on management of core financial functions. The VP of Finance will be a trusted partner to the executive team, translating complex clinical and commercial aspects into data-driven financial strategies. Key responsibilities encompass fundraising leadership, investor relations, strategic FP&A;, and executive business partnership,



as well as overseeing financial operations, accounting, and controls.

Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience, with a proven track record in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments. A CPA designation is required, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. The role demands a candidate with a commercial mindset, capable of translating financial data into actionable business insights. Experience in consumer health, digital health, or healthcare is essential, with a preference for those with a background in pharmacy, consumer health B2C, or enterprise health B2B2C. The ideal candidate will be a strategic yet hands-on leader, adept at building solid cross-functional relationships, and fostering a culture where finance is seen as a business partner.
