Reporting to the PMO Manager, this role emphasizes effective project execution and digital transformation. You’ll oversee the PMO digital portfolio reporting dashboard and manage resources, ensuring project milestones are met while maintaining collaboration. Various project management tools will support you in tracking activities and facilitating effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:



• Support the PMO and Manager with project initiatives • Maintain an accurate digital portfolio reporting dashboard • Manage resource schedules & highlight project risks • Oversee Project Management Tool license assignments • Keep the PMO SharePoint repository updated

Requirements: • Diploma/degree in Information Technology or related field • Knowledge of IT Project Management methodologies • Solid presentation and communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and JIRA • Experience in a PMO workplace
