Job Description Join the Incentive Compensation Delivery (ICD) Team as a Senior Process Analyst and shape the design of operational processes supporting Salesforce employees across RBC's Personal Banking, Commercial Banking and Wealth Management.

The ICD team—80+ employees based in Meadowvale, Mississauga and Minneapolis—administers, reports on, and processes over $5 billion in variable compensation annually across 36 professional sales roles. As part of the Process, Risk and Operational Intelligence team within ICD, you'll work alongside colleagues who share a commitment to operational excellence, data integrity, and strategic compensation delivery. This is a collaborative environment where your contributions directly support organizational goals. In this role, you'll implement standardized, scalable process management practices that reduce execution risk, drive operational improvement, and deliver on strategic objectives.

What will you do?

Process Review & Mapping: Perform comprehensive process reviews using established frameworks, approaches, tools, and methodologies to evaluate operation execution risks

Stakeholder Engagement & Design: Lead and facilitate process design sessions with stakeholders to diagnose pain points and design future state processes that improve operational risk

Business Process Analysis: Develop current and future state analysis of business processes, systems, and data to design scalable solutions that reduce risk, increase efficiency, and enhance Advisor experience

Technology & Data Leverage: Identify and recommend data and technology solutions to drive automation, digitization,



and scalability of design recommendations

Change Management: Facilitate organizational awareness and adoption of changes introduced by projects, managing stakeholder communication and change readiness

What do you need to succeed? Must-have:

3+ years of experience in process engineering, business transformation, operations optimization, or related risk management roles

Demonstrated expertise in process mapping, analysis, and redesign methodologies

Superior process documentation (job aids, knowledge base) best practices

Experience in process documentation & process mapping tools (Confluence, Visio)

Experience in technology or business transformation initiatives within Financial Services, FinTech, or Operations environments

Robust interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence

Comfort working in ambiguous environments and across multiple business lines

Nice-to-have:

Operational Risk Management experience with knowledge of Enterprise Risk Frameworks including Internal controls design & testing

Familiarity with automation and technology program delivery

Experience with process automation tools or low-code/no-code platforms
