This program focuses on developing essential skills while offering mentorship and hands-on experience in areas that support Indigenous initiatives. You'll provide invaluable expertise to organizations, enabling them to navigate social and economic landscapes effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Improve organizational communication and collaboration
• Build strong relationships with clients and communities
• Analyze data using interviews, focus groups, and surveys
• Support strategic planning and process improvement initiatives
• Coordinate logistics and ensure project efficiency
Requirements:
• Identify as Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, or Métis)
• Recent post-secondary graduate (within last 24 months)
• Availability for a one-year term
• Critical thinker with strong analytical skills
• Passionate about community impact and development
