As a Production Engineer, you will facilitate the transfer of current products from development to production. This includes reviewing production practices, conducting recent component inspections, and troubleshooting along with fellow engineers. Your role will significantly contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring high quality in every aspect of production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the transition of products into manufacturing
• Confirm the accuracy of production procedures
• Conduct first article inspections and report findings
• Initiate and oversee engineering change orders
• Work with the production team to troubleshoot issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant engineering field
• 3 years of experience in RF testing preferred
• Knowledge of production systems and procedures
• Familiarity with ISO 90001 standards
• Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus
