This full time position involves working closely with Operations and Regulatory teams to promote continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:



• Manage the QA team for optimal performance • Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and quality systems • Conduct audits and manage customer complaints effectively • Supervise product release and maintain quality documentation • Develop and implement quality training programs

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Food Science or similar • At least 5 years in food manufacturing quality assurance • In-depth knowledge of FSMA and FDA standards • Proven leadership experience in conducting audits • Robust analytical and communication skills
