As a Project Coordinator, you will work alongside Project Managers and Site Superintendents. Your key responsibilities include assisting in planning and scheduling, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and within quality standards, while maintaining explicit communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and estimating tasks
• Prepare and track RFIs and contract documentation
• Review drawings to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Coordinate subcontractor tenders and shop drawings
• Conduct site tours and maintain project records
Requirements:
• Degree in civil/structural engineering or related field
• Experience in commercial/civil construction preferred
• Effective communication and organizational skills
