You will develop scalable frameworks for managing leaves and accommodations while ensuring day-to-day operations are productive and compliant. Expertise in HR and disability management will be critical to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead enhancement of leave and workplace accommodation programs • Manage documentation and coordination of complex cases • Advise on statutory leave processes and compliance • Develop and implement policies for program consistency • Monitor program metrics and prepare reporting for governance

Requirements: • 7+ years of HR experience, including leave management • Strong knowledge of human rights and privacy legislation • Proven track record of managing sensitive cases • Experience in developing processes in complex environments • Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a plus
